Terms & Conditions
1. Contractual Agreement
These Terms of Service constitute a binding legal contract between you and PREPT regarding your use of our mobile app, site, resource libraries, and administrative features. By accessing our platform or creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these conditions. If you are acting for an entity, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that organisation to these rules. Access is prohibited if you do not agree to these terms.

2. Service Scope
PREPT functions as a digital ecosystem designed for tradespeople and field teams to streamline task preparation. Our services facilitate the indexing of technical manuals, the creation of digital field records, and the sharing of workplace resources. Please note: PREPT is a supplementary tool and never a substitute for qualified professional oversight, engineering certifications, or mandatory safety compliance protocols.

3. Account Security and Eligibility
Use of our services is restricted to individuals aged 18 and older. Users must provide truthful registration data and are strictly responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. Any activity occurring under your profile is your responsibility. You must alert us immediately at contact@preptwork.com if you suspect any unauthorised breach of your account security.
Â
4. Managed Workspaces
Organisations using PREPT to manage teams are responsible for verifying the permissions of invited users and ensuring that uploaded technical data is accurate and lawful. When you join a workspace, your activity, records, and submitted documents are visible to designated admins. If a user’s access is revoked by the organisation, the organisation retains control over all records generated within that workspace as part of their operational history.
Â
5. Prohibited Conduct
Users must employ PREPT solely for legitimate business preparation. It is strictly forbidden to use the app for illegal activities, upload malicious code, or bypass security features. You agree not to rely exclusively on the platform for critical safety decisions. Final accountability for work performed and adherence to site-specific regulations remains with the user and their qualified supervisors.
Â
6. AI and Automated Outputs
As of June 2026, PREPT utilises advanced processing and AI to suggest resources. You acknowledge that these automated outputs may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete. Users are required to manually verify every system-generated suggestion against official manuals and current legislation before implementation. We do not warrant that any AI-driven insight is fit for a specific high-risk task.

7. Intellectual Property Rights
While you retain ownership of your original data, you grant PREPT a global licence to host and process this content to provide the service. The PREPT interface, code, and branding remain our exclusive property. Users may not decompile, copy, or redistribute our proprietary software without express written permission.
Â
8. Subscription and Billing
(App Store)Payments for premium workspaces are processed via Apple. These subscriptions renew automatically under Apple’s standard billing terms unless disabled in your ID settings. Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in limited access to archived records. We comply with all Australian Consumer Law requirements regarding digital service transparency.
Â
9. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PREPT is provided 'as is'. We are not liable for indirect losses, site incidents, or data errors. You agree to indemnify PREPT against claims resulting from your misuse of the platform or your failure to verify technical safety documents. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months or AUD $100.
Â
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be settled within the jurisdiction of Queensland courts. We reserve the right to update these terms to reflect technological or legal changes; continued use of PREPT after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
